Cancellation Policy

As of April 1st, we are implementing a cancellation fee of $25 for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-call/no-shows for services under $100. Services costing $100 or more will be charged half of the service amount. All fees must be paid in full to book your next appointment.

Additionally, clients must have a card on file to book an appointment. This policy is part of our new system to provide convenience and reduce wait times at checkout.
